WHEN RENTING WE REQUIRE: (Identification- valid ohio driver's license, Insurance Responsibility, Deposit)
- INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY
Once the rented equipment leaves our yard, you are completely responsible for it until you return
it to our yard and have your receipt. Our insurance does not cover equipment while in your possession. Contact your agent for coverage.
Individuals must provide a valid Ohio Driver's License and deposit on all rentals
Your rental starts when you pick up the rented equipment and ends when the item is returned to us.
You are responsible for all time our equipment is in your possession including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
1 day = Twenty-four hours (24)
1 week = Seven consecutive days (7)
1 month = 28 consecutive days
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
The shortest time any item can be rented. Four hours is the shortest amount of rental - or a day depending on equipment.

Commercial accounts are available upon approval from our credit department. Click Here for credit application.
Our standard terms for charge accounts are net 10th prox.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
2% finance charge after 30 days.
SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS
To avoid being charged sales tax, please furnish us with your tax exemption number. Otherwise all rental transactions will be charged sales tax.
DELIVERY / PICKUP
Delivery and pickup available upon request. There will be an additional charge for this service.
For Saturday deliveries please contact one of our staff members to make arrangements.
All equipment is supplied full of the proper fuel (gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene). It is the
customer's responsibility to return the equipment full of fuel or pay the prevailing rate for fuel used.
We make every effort that all rental equipment is clean when you pick it up. A cleaning charge
will be added if the equipment is returned dirty.
We will HOLD a tool while you are "in route" to our store for 30 minutes. Reservations can be made in advance with a credit card. No Show - your credit card will be charged one day's rental fee.
The customer will be responsible for all tire damage or flats. If you call us for on-the-job or
shop repair of tires, we will charge you our standard shop labor rate.
All customers who would like to tow a piece of our equipment must have the following; a 1/2 ton
size pickup truck or larger, a receiver type hitch capable of handling the load of the equipment rented and a 2" ball.
